Прекрасный гостевой дом, рекомендую! Хозяин (по имени Гана)) хорошо говорит по-русски, его сын (не помню имени) - по-английски. Жил там в 2017 году, в юрте на крыше. Это и центр города, и старые кварталы (с юртами во дворах) и монастырь в двух шагах, красивые виды на город, обитаемая крыша - мне очень понравилось!

In most years since 1993, the United States Department of Agriculture has provided food aid to Mongolia under the Food for Progress and 416(b) programs. The monetized proceeds of the food aid ($4.2 million in 2006) are currently used to support programs bolstering entrepreneurship, herder livelihood diversification, and better veterinary services.

I'm resident here. The condominium management is not responsive to warranty repair issues. The condominium manager is lazy and extremely slow in response and need many reminders. The estate is not fully occupied and hence the repair team cannot be too busy. The repair technicians come unprepared for the works to be done, don't know how to do the work, without the tool kit, and has poor workmanship. They behave like the residents owe them a living. Have asked the sales office for the top management like General Manager, Managing Director or CEO, but they refused to provide contacts. Instead kept giving the same manager contact who is the one who is not responsive. So the problems remain. They have attitude problems as though the clients owe it to them.
